Dominick is energetic and upbeat, and he brings that same energy into every project he works on. He values humility, commitment, and passion—especially on his best days—and he loves the in-person culture at Anchor Group, where teammates jump in to solve complex questions together. Before joining the team, Dominick spent thirteen years as a youth minister, which taught him strong time management and how to stay calm while juggling a lot at once. He also worked as a head of maintenance, where he learned the importance of documenting purchase orders and building clear process flows. One of his favorite parts of the job now is knowing that even a small problem solved can make someone else’s day a lot better. Outside of work, Dominick enjoys running, biking, board games, and coaching his sons. He especially loves helping companies take information buried in Google Docs or spreadsheets and bring that data to life inside NetSuite.
