We spend a surprising amount of time solving problems that looked like software problems at first—and turned out to be something else entirely.
Sometimes the issue is a process that's accumulated too many exceptions over the years. Sometimes it's two systems that have slowly drifted out of sync. Sometimes it's a business that's grown faster than the software supporting it. By the time most companies call us, the symptoms are familiar: employees have developed workarounds, reports require manual cleanup, inventory doesn't quite match, and teams have quietly stopped trusting parts of the system.
We've seen this movie before.
That's why our projects rarely begin with someone saying, "We need a custom Shopify app." They usually begin with something more practical.
"Our customer-specific pricing is becoming impossible to manage."
"Our warehouse keeps correcting inventory by hand."
"Our sales team has stopped trusting the numbers."
Those conversations tell us far more than a feature request ever could.
Because our team works across Shopify, NetSuite, BigCommerce, SuiteCommerce, and ecommerce integrations every day, we understand what happens behind the storefront—not just what customers see on the website. Sometimes the right answer is a Shopify app. Sometimes it's an integration. Occasionally it's custom development. And every once in a while, it's removing software instead of adding more.
We're perfectly happy with that answer, too.
The goal has never been to build the most software. It's to build systems your team can actually trust. We've rescued enough ecommerce and ERP environments to know that technically working and working well are two very different things. Our job is helping you get to the second one.
