After surfacing their order details in the NetSuite custom portal, including shipping details, customers can select one or more items within the order that they would like to return!

This NetSuite portal platform facilitates a simple two-step returns request process, with a return status summary page at the end.

Customers can enter details such as the quantity they would like to return of an individual item, give a reason for their return, and can even add notes to the return request on an item level.

The customer must select a refund method, and will see a summary their refund less any fees associated with the return.
