Caleb holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, and his career began in transportation manufacturing as a design engineer and production supervisor. Being involved in his company’s ERP implementation became the pivot point that led him into systems consulting. His background spans engineering, manufacturing, retail, wholesale, distribution, sales, ecommerce, and marketing. Over the years, he has specialized in NetSuite, SuiteCommerce, and custom ecommerce solutions. He has been with Anchor Group since its earliest days—back when everything started in a living room.
Outside of work, Caleb loves helping his kids build memories—hiking, building forts, learning hands-on skills, and inventing treasure-hunt stories. He also enjoys mountain biking, downhill skiing, and picking up new skills across the arts and sciences, from creative writing and music to engineering and business.
