Caleb Schmitz

Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

Caleb is energetic, optimistic, and endlessly curious—the kind of leader who connects with people wherever they are and makes every conversation feel approachable. He’s inventive by nature and loves problem-solving complex business use cases. People often describe him as playful and adaptable, someone who can find common ground with just about anyone thanks to his wide range of interests. His core values are rooted in work ethic, approachability, and bringing the values he lives at home into his work life. He works hard to lead well—both in his family and at Anchor Group. He loves that the team gets to solve hard problems across industries and builds creative solutions in a constant state of learning. The ability to work alongside high-caliber, values-driven teammates is a major part of why he continues to pour into the community at Anchor Group. Caleb holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, and his career began in transportation manufacturing as a design engineer and production supervisor. Being involved in his company’s ERP implementation became the pivot point that led him into systems consulting. His background spans engineering, manufacturing, retail, wholesale, distribution, sales, ecommerce, and marketing. Over the years, he has specialized in NetSuite, SuiteCommerce, and custom ecommerce solutions. He has been with Anchor Group since its earliest days—back when everything started in a living room. Outside of work, Caleb loves helping his kids build memories—hiking, building forts, learning hands-on skills, and inventing treasure-hunt stories. He also enjoys mountain biking, downhill skiing, and picking up new skills across the arts and sciences, from creative writing and music to engineering and business.
