Reviews Aren't Displaying in SuiteCommerce

If you are having issues getting your customer's reviews of your items to display on the Product Display Page, there is a simple way to solve this problem. Just follow these steps:

Solution Prerequisites

• Make sure the following bundles are installed:
• Product Review Records (Bundle ID 53053)
• Reference Product Lists Records (Bundle ID 53051)

Once you have checked to make sure all of the above conditions have been met, you can move on to the next step.

Add SuiteCommerce Reviews Setup

You will want to add the following setup to the website setup record:

1. Navigate to Commerce > SuiteCommerce Advanced > Set Up Web Site

2. Click on the Field Sets tab

Note: If you used the initial Fieldset script upon setup of the SCA site, it is likely that these Fieldsets were missed.

3. Add the following fields in the Details & Search field sets:

• Product Reviews Attributes (custom)
• Product Reviews Attributes Rating (custom)
• Product Reviews Count
• Product Reviews Rating
• Product Reviews Rating by Rate

4. Click Save

Note: Product Reviews will only be displayed in the webstore if they are approved. The Product Review Count will only consider those reviews where Verified Purchase = T

Once you have completed these steps, you should find that the issue has been resolved. Your reviews should now be displayed on the PDP page.
