Nathan is caring, thoughtful, and known for his dry, dad-joke sense of humor. His core values center on loving and serving God and neighbor, growing in virtue, learning constantly, and always asking why. He appreciates Anchor Group’s strong sense of community and the engaging, challenging work that comes with it. Before joining the team, Nathan spent a decade at Epic, working with enterprise electronic health record systems—essentially an ERP for healthcare. That experience gave him a deep understanding of complex systems and how technology supports large organizations. Community remains his favorite part of life at Anchor Group, both in the work itself and in the people he gets to collaborate with. Outside of work, Nathan enjoys reading aloud to his kids—currently working through the Wingfeather Saga—along with woodworking, hiking, and spending as much time outdoors as possible.
