If you receive an error message saying something along the lines of “You have entered an Invalid Field Value 6.0 for the following field: custpage_field_recently_viewed_items__number_of_items_displayed” when trying to load a SuiteCommerce Configuration, the below fix may be useful to you.
This error occurs when a configuration field is somehow set to a value that is not allowed (e.g., a decimal in an integer field).
Step 1: Navigate to the custom configuration records page: https://<account-id>.app.netsuite.com/app/common/custom/custrecordentrylist.nl?rectype=46
Step 2: The record type internal id may be different. If so, navigate to the custom record type SC Configuration > “customrecord_ns_sc_configuration”.
Step 3: Open the appropriate configuration record in edit mode.
Step 4: Manually find and update the configuration property as needed and save the record.
That's it! The error should now be resolved, and the SuiteCommerce Configuration should load properly.
