If, in Payment Settings in BigCommerce, your customer is using the ‘Authorize Only’ Transaction Type, the following is true: transaction type authorize only

  1. Orders created in BigCommerce checkout will default to a status of ‘Awaiting Paymentview orders all orders billing status awaiting payment
  2. Orders in a status of ‘Awaiting Payment’ will not sync to the NetSuite Connector because it is not one of the allowed statuses. error awaiting payment order settings
  3. The BigCommerce version of the NetSuite Connector does not have a page for managing the allowed statuses for order syncing.

In summary, this means that orders cannot automatically sync to NetSuite from BigCommerce if you are using an Authorization Only flow. The only way to make these orders sync is to manually change their order status in BigCommerce to one of the approved statuses after initial order creation.
