If, in Payment Settings in BigCommerce, your customer is using the ‘Authorize Only’ Transaction Type, the following is true:
In summary, this means that orders cannot automatically sync to NetSuite from BigCommerce if you are using an Authorization Only flow. The only way to make these orders sync is to manually change their order status in BigCommerce to one of the approved statuses after initial order creation.
