The Customer Center Role you are using is missing the correct item permissions. This is often found on custom customer center roles that have not been updated in a long time.

  1. Navigate to The Roles Page (Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles)
    1. Alternatively, the URL structure is:
      1. https://[NetSuiteAccountNumber].app.netsuite.com/app/setup/rolelist.nl
      2. Replace [NetSuiteAccountNumber] with your assigned NetSuite Account Number
  2. Click Edit next to one of your custom customer center roles.
  3. Navigate to the Permissions > Lists Dropdown. Update the Items permission from “None” to “View”. Save the record. netsuite permissions lists items view
     
  4. Repeat this procedure for any custom customer center roles you have in your account.
  5. Navigate back to your SuiteCommerce site to confirm that the Reorder items list is visible now.
