This SuiteCommerce extension allows designated users to create new contact records associated with their customer record.

Approve the first user from a company in my account and assign them as a designated approver.  Once approved, this individual can manage users and grant new user access to your web store for employees at their company.

View All Employees

Only employees with a designated role can see the employee tab, approve new employees, or view/manage existing employees.

Add New Employees

Designated employees (determined by their assigned role) can add new users to the account as contacts associated with the company's customer record.

Manage Existing Employees

Designated employees (determined by their assigned role) can manage existing users, including updating their name and contact information and adjusting the employee's role.

Note: Designated employees cannot delete other employees, but can remove their access by marking them as inactive.
