The Data Management Basics
NetSuite Product Data Management includes several features to help your organization become more efficient by providing you with the data you need to make informed decisions and to accurately report on key metrics. For example, bill of materials tied to assembly items help your team accurately predict what materials, tools, and supplies need to be ordered.
This module includes location specific settings regarding manufacturing, inventory, and replenishing stock of individual items. The routing definition feature allows your organization to track labor costs and overhead, and even lets your set defaults for individual locations. Work centers and costing templates help your team to accurately track what resources are required in individual manufacturing processes.

The costed BOM report feature includes various filters for easy searching and viewing of important data. Revision Control tools help you manage and track changes between BOM component versions.
