  • Are there any risks or commitments?

    Don't worry, there's no risk involved! If you are ever dissatisfied with our SuiteCommerce Resource Portal, or simply don't need it anymore, you can cancel your subscription at anytime! After cancelling your subscription, you will continue to have access to the portal for the remainder of the timeframe that your final payment covered.

  • Where can I access the portal?

    You can access our SuiteCommerce Premium Educational Resources Portal here. We recommend bookmarking the page for quick access in the future!

  • I just purchased a subscription... Why am I seeing a pop-up indicating that I still need to purchase a subscription?

    If this is happening, it's because our website can't tell that you've made the purchase for some reason. To resolve this issue...

    1. Please make sure you are signed into your account.
    2. Please make sure you are allowing cookies for our site in your browser.
    3. Please make sure your payment was successfully processed.
    4. If you are still experiencing this error, wait 24 hours and check back again.
  • I suddenly don't have access to the portal... what happened?

    If a payment failed to be processed for any reason (original payment method expired, balance in the connected account was too low, etc.) you may not be able to access our premium content. Please double check to make sure that your recurring payments have been successful.

  • I accidentally cancelled my subscription. How do I re-subscribe?

    If your subscription was cancelled by accident, you will simply need to login to your account and purchase a new subscription.
